At the Maritime Museum, IDsys carried out the inventory solution for fixed assets and small equipment on the basis of a local database.

The time spent performing the counting compared to the previous so-called . "paper" with the inventory decreased by about 4 times, while accuracy increased significantly.

In addition to database connections, a client-specific hand reader counting program solution was performed. Various searches, categorization, quick search, control of property data from the hand reader, carrying out limited inventories, additional data export-import, confirmation of inventory data by several persons, etc. were performed in the hand reader.
As a result, the paper counting act became an electronic document. Inventors are identified before the data is transmitted, and the inventory information with the corresponding data moves directly to the paperless accounting data base.
