At IDsy, Tallinn Airport AS carried out a fixed asset and small equipment inventory solution in cooperation with Directo. The solution works all over Estonia, for inventory of both internal and external objects. The database has several thousand units of different inventory. In addition to database connections, a client-specific hand reader counting program solution was performed. Among other things, various searches, categorization, quick search, control of property data from the hand reader, limited inventory execution, confirmation of inventory data by several persons, etc. were carried out in the hand reader.
As a result, the previous count of dozens of papers turned into an electronic document. Inventory information with the identified inventory data now moves within seconds to the paperless accounting data base, and all information is immediately usable by units of different structures.
