What problem did we solve?

A better overview of the current production status and processes was needed. Previously, simple manual systems were used.

Searching for a part’s production history resulted in a loss of time.

What was done to solve it?

Aru Grupp has implemented a standardized production tracking and quality control system based on RFID technology. RFID technology enables the digitalization of various workflows and stages in both production and assembly.

Integrating a suitable solution for Aru Grupp helps them monitor and manage production activities in real time.

How does the solution work?

The manufacturing solution, digitalised with RFID technology, facilitates production planning and enables operational changes if needed. RFID also allows you to collect important data for compiling statistics and reports, which can be visualised and used to make operational and strategic decisions.

RFID technology enables the automatic generation of delivery notes and packing lists during dispatch, providing a very convenient and time-saving solution.

How does it improve efficiency?

Real-time production monitoring provides a better overview of the current production status – what has been produced and what still needs to be produced. Unfinished parts are noticed earlier, and the workflow becomes smoother.

Parts have a digital and traceable manufacturing history that shows who manufactured, finished, and packaged them and when. Losses can be recorded and digitalised, and a quick overview shows which parts have been scrapped or re-produced.

During assembly, it is immediately clear which parts are present and which are missing. There is less information noise, and manufacturing and assembly-related information can be sent directly to the person who needs it.

In short, it now feels like it would be impossible to manage production with a high volume of parts any other way.
